I beginning to think it is in the water:-) This photo was taken back when Jeff Wagner reopened Blues On Grand. Jeff had a huge jam session and all the musicians came out. I took a handful of pictures and I will try to post some more from time to time. BTW, if you live in either Colorado, or California be on the look out for this guitar player. He is a phenomenal guitar player with incredible tone. In fact we called him the Tone King. Also he only sings a few songs. One of those is Mustang Sally, and Luke is probably one of the few people who can actually pull it off! So if you are in either of those areas and see this guy scorching a guitar have him contact me!

Just heard my classmate play at our class reunion in Marshalltown. He played the blues. He is phenomenol. He played with two other of our classmates Jeff Wheeler on bass and Dana Pitchett on Sax. They were absolutely fabulous. His email address is johnlukehart@mchsi.com Dana is a great enterainer that has performed all over the country.
thanks! I should have updated this. John finally contacted me about a year ago. He is alive and well. In fact I played with him at a fundraiser a few weeks ago in Marshalltown. I hope to get a chance to play again in marshalltown with either his band, or bringing mine to town. thanks for writing i had forgotten about this post!
