This was at the very beginning of Taylor's tour last spring. I think he caught his fans by surprise. They had no idea Taylor could sing the blues like that. I certainly didn't. This is one of my favorite vidoes, thanks for posting it.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Taylor's second album had him playing and singing the blues! I love this video!

Now THIS is the true essence of Taylor Hicks!!! There are lots of videos out there taken at his concerts that put down the music ~~~ too bad his original label didn't appreciate what they HAD; but Taylor's fans recognized the talent and appreciated EACH oppotunity to attend concerts. Hope to see him on the East Coast again soon.

Thanks for including this great video in today's post.

The first time I clicked on this I didn't watch it all the way through, but later did and was in for quite a surprise halfway through it. Let's just say it gains momentum!!!!!!!!

Christina Aguilara will forever be the image I have when I hear this song.. she completely owned it on some music award show last year but Taylor's got it going on here too.

I rarely ever comment on anything....but WOW! I am now a fan of TH. The boy can't sing the blues.

Thanks for this vid. Until I became a fan of Taylor's I was not a blues fan at all. Just didn't hear it much. Along came Taylor, along came satellite radio, and along came my new addiction to blues music. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Thanks Taylor for the initiation.

Thanks for this. I've never seen the whole thing, just the shake and bake part. Taylor is just so much fun to watch and a joy to listen to.
