The original Pipeline. The suits are interesting they are wearing Edwardian suits if the date(5-18-63) is right they predate the Beatles, who I thought made them popular in the US in 1964.

Dick Dale And Stevie Ray Vaughn: Pipeline
This is a very strange video that I really, really don't remember, but it came from the soundtrack for Back to the Beach. It features not only Stevie, and Dick Dale, but also Frankie and Annette, Wally and the Beaver, and the cast form Gilligan's Island! Bizzaro land!!
