Blue Shadows on the Radio  If ya go for a walk late at night; please take yer dimestore pocket transistor radio with ya for company! September 4th on Hammered By The Blues  (every Sunday on KOWZ 1170AM at 10pm) we will explore the shadows in the dark corners of the alleyway just off the old blues highway. You feel the breeze of the Mississippi saxophone as Rod Piazza & The All Mighty Flyers take you by the hand and pull you closer for a listen of their new CD 'Almighty Dollar'. Entering the backdoor of the lounge, we find an intimate performance commencing featurin' Susan Wylde weavin' her spell off her latest 'In The Light'. At the conclusion, we are drawn back out by the plaintive wail and moan of an exquisite horn. Terry Hanck is busking by the fireplug as he provides fair warning from his brand new project 'Look Out'. To complete our tour and fill out yer dance card with a little danger we turn Eric 'Guitar' Davis & The Trouble Makers loose as they overwhelm with a handful of rockin' fun off 'Trouble Makin' Man'.
