Not a blues video, but it features on lead guitar one of Iowa's best blues guitarist Erik Hovey! Plus I really like this band! It features Heather Kelly on Vocals, the ageless Kirk Kaufman on bass (and several other instruments, as well as studio engineer! ) Also in the video is Ky Haub on the drums. Ky was the drummer on my only studio album Iowa Corn Fed Blues!

The Warm Whiskey Band: Where You Come From
Found a cool video from an Iowa band on Myspace. They recorded both the song and made the video at Kirk Kaufman's legendary studio near Fort Dodge, Iowa, called Junior's Motel. Junior's Motel is one of the coolest places on earth. In fact, I hope it becomes an historic landmark one day. Not only because of all the great music made there, or the awesome musicians who recorded there, but because the building is a work of art. He took an old chicken coop on his family farm and turned it into a great studio. Furthermore, it is a never ending process. He is currently working on a giant stone tower that hopefully one day will be done:-)
