Dear Friends and Blues Fans,
It is my pleasure to announce the official launch of the NYC Blues Society (www.nyblues.org) - your one stop shop for blues in the NYC area!
We feature the only comprehensive live blues calendar listings, radio listings, and band links in the NY area.
In addition, we will be sponsoring seven major blues events per year in NYC and doing all we can to support the local blues music scene. 

Our goal is to mobilize area blues lovers, bring in new fans and ultimately open new venues and reinvigorate NYC to its glory days as a blues mecca.
