This is a cool clip not only because if features Miles Davis, but it also features the legendary Steve Allen. Allen was the man who created late night TV. There would be no David Letterman, or Jay Leno, if Steve Allen didn't exist. All of the great comedy and music that are staples of late night TV came from the imagination of Steve Allen.
This is also the 50th anniversary of the release of Miles Davis legendary recording of Kind Of Blues, one of the most celebrated jazz recordings of all time.
