This was at the Ride 2 Recovery Benefit in San Marcos TX. Taylor does quite a bit of charity work. This is the kind of music that I like to hear Taylor sing but he's very good at just about everything. Did you see the viral vid from the Fallon Show? www.taylorhicks.com It got over 1.5M hits on YT in a few day b4 nbc made them take it down. People keep putting it back up. Wonder how many nbc got on their site? Thanks for all the support of Taylor Hicks on your site. Ü
Thanks for bringing this bluesy performance to the fans. This video was taken in San Marcos, Texas, at a charity concert Taylor did for Ride 2 Recovery. R2R raises money through 'Challenges' or rides in different states to build and buy special bikes for wounded US veterans. It is part of their rehabilitation. It's a great cause! When I took this video, the lights were all blue. Very fitting. Thanks again! And thanks for your support of Taylor Hicks and all blues musicians. Louise
Where are all these 'goosebumps' coming from? LOL Taylor is so unique; in that his talent has no end. I am amazed how 'in tune' his band is with him. What a connection! As said already, Taylor is involved with so much charity work. One reason I love this man, with the Big heart! Thanx so much for the videos here & all the support you show Taylor♥
I get a kick out of watching the interaction between Taylor and his band members The percussionist' expressions are priceless also notice how Taylor's hands and fingers move when he's feeling the music. Ü
Was fortunate enough to be at this wonderful benefit for Veterans. Purpose to raise money for bike and special need bikes for returning veterans. Taylor was awesome - even in a hotel ballroom!! If you haven't seen him concert you should put it on your to do list....he never disappoints!!

Amazing performance. Love the way this song has evolved from the loveliness on the record to the groovy R&B in live performance.
