Thanks for posting this... This was an incredible evening of music, and there are now several videos coming out from this amazing show...
Truly extraordinary versions of songs from Taylor's new CD "The Distance", which he's never performed live before..
In addition to "Maybe You Should", look on YT for the sublime "Indiscriminate Act of Kindness" (which is only on the Target Bonus exclusive version of the CD), and "What's Right is Right"..
So cool that you appreciate Taylor for the multi-talented artist he is.. so few people get it (except us die-hard fans, of course!)
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Maybe You Should is a beauitiful piece and IMO Taylor's voice and the musicians with him make the song even more touching.
I had the pleasure of seeing this show, it was excellent. He put together (as always) an interesting set. Hicks' voice is quite powerful. The other guitarist was outstanding! It was the first time he performed this song live I think.
Thank you Tom for your continued support. I hope I get to see Taylor do an acoustic concert. Perhaps he'll do more in the future. If he does one near you I encourage you to attend. Ü
Thank you for posting Taylor's debut of Maybe You Should! It is a beautiful, well-performed song on The Distance and with a little exposure it could be a huge hit. I'm so glad he finally performed it!
I agree with everyone that this video is wonderful and the more people who see it ,the more can appreciate Taylor's talent. However, there was a no video policy at this venue, asked for by Mr. Hicks, and I am disheartened that there were fans who insist on doing what's wrong rather than what's right in the name of promotion.
Thanks you for putting up this video of Taylor. Maybe You Should is a beautiful song, performed beautifully by Taylor. He sounds fantastic. Totally LOVE it!
Thanks for your continued support of Taylor. This is a beautiful song. I wonder if you knew that he and his band will be performing on July 4th at the Red, White and Cruise festival in Fontana, Ca.? I am sure he will manage to get some blues in there!
