A very nice exclusive video to blues historian. Taylor Hicks performing Woman's Gotta Have It. Live! Thanks to my secret pals at the Taylor Hicks community for sending me the movie file. Enjoy!!!!!
Sound quality is really nice. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThis videographer does a great job: the remake of this BOBBY WOMACK song by Taylor Hicks is pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteWOOOOO --- Taylor really was FEELING this song, wasn't he.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing and kudos to your "secret friends" at TH Community.
Tom-- Glad you got the vid. I was there that night and it was special. Thanks for your support. Ü
ReplyDeleteThanks for this. I saw Taylor do this at Martyrs in Chicago and loved it, but there was no video there.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much blues historian and your "secret Pals" too, for sharing some as always, great Taylor music, with us.
ReplyDeleteNice sound...use the zoom next time...LOL.... but thanks for sharing! It's always nice to hear a little Taylor soul.
ReplyDeleteBravo...nothing finer than Taylor on vocals, Brian G on sax, and Josh Smith on guitar. Thankyou for sharing this. OPA!
ReplyDeleteWow,that sounds great! Wish I could have been there. Thanks for putting this up.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit that this was not one of my favorites from "The Distance". I love this live performance, though. Thanks for saving this song for me.
ReplyDeleteTaylor can sing anything - from blues to southern rock to country. Thanks for the great video of Taylor and his band.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing this. Great performance of Taylor sharing his soul through the rhythmic velvet tones of his voice. He and his band stir deep inner feelings.I love this!
ReplyDeleteI was there at the Roxy. Oh my God. What a night! This is not my favorite song on the CD but once again Taylor performing it live just brings the life right into it! What an incredible artist he is. He came out BLASTING The Distance for his first song. It was so rough and loud. I will never forget it!! Go Taylor. The most UNLIKELY IDOL! Oh Ya!
