Okay DUH! I know why he was on soul train, He had a hit with the song Disco Lady. I must admit I sort of tried to erase that whole mid 70s disco era from my mind:-) Taylor wasn't the only soul, or bluesman who moved to disco, but Taylor's best stuff is his soul and blues.
