Jerry Ricks has passed away. Ricks had been ill for awhile and many people on the blues E lists were trying to help him with expenses since he suffered a stroke in Croatia. Ricks learned and played guitar from such greats as Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee, as well as Lighting Hopkins. I will update this post once I get more information.
