Claudia...Did you actually "discover" the Fayetteville blues scene during the 80's?

I remember the early 60's. Jazz & blues were going strong if you cared and wanted to be a part. It was never, and will never be a part of the "main-stream".

This is a post from June, and I doubt Claudia will see it. However, don't be so harsh on Claudia. I believe that Claudia is originally from Germany and was not in Fayetteville until the 80s.

I would also say you should be grateful that you have people like Claudia who work very hard to promote blues and blues players.

I am not sure what you mean by mainstream. I am not sure it matters either way. However, I can safely say that the blues will be around well after you and me are long gone. It has been around since the days of slavery and it will be around as long as people have the blues.
