Just got this hot tip from email about a new Taylor Hicks video. I wish the sound quality was a little better, because this is a great melodic blues tune, with a touch of the 50s, and soul. There is also a funky jazz break in the middle.

Thanks Tom! I knew you'd enjoy this video -- Taylor is one of a kind and hasn't received the type of attention he so richly deserves.
He wrote Somehow when he was about 19 years old, believe it or not (his joke is that he wrote it when he was 38!! haha) and it was probably at a low point in his life. Taylor continues to tinker with music -- both his own creations and covers -- and his update on Somehow is stellar.
Appreciate your attention and I'll be sending more if you want.
